SINULOG - Carousel

I posted last time about the Sinulog and the devotion to the Sto. Nino. This time I am posting the display of colors during the carousel.

It is a carousel because the dancers would start and end at the same place.  Dancing is performed on the streets in Cebu City, Philippines to the Sinulog beat for the duration of the event until they

reach the complex where performance is heightened at the complex where judges would see the choreography and the full presentation of the Sinulog based or Free interpretation of the participants.

I usually watch the Sinulog on TV then decide whether to go out and watch the pageantry and the graceful dancers live on the streets dance to the beat.
